The Competition Act 1998 and the Enterprise Act 2002 have brought great change to the structure of UK competition law. We are one of the few chambers that offer a unique combination of expertise in competition law, public law and regulatory law.

We have a particular expertise in both UK and EC competition law, and have represented regulators such as the OFT, as well as corporate clients. We appear regularly before the Competition Appeals Tribunal, and offer an expert advisory service too.
