Members of Chambers have wide expertise in the field of aviation law. For example, they have been at the forefront of the interpretation and application of the Airports Act 1996 and the Civil Aviation Act 1982, and have been involved in challenges to the consultation exercise preceeding, and the publication of, the White Paper published in December 2003 on the future of Air Transport in the United Kingdom.
Members have experience of acting in claims under the Warsaw Convention. One member is currently Honorary Legal Adviser to the Air League, while other members are members of the Air League.
