Exmoor Windfarm Blown Away!

Andrew Fraser-Urquhart acted for North Devon District Council in successfully resisting a proposal for a 9 turbine windfarm site at South Molton, Devon.
The proposal, which would have had significant effects on the nearby Exmoor National Park, was dismissed after a four-week inquiry which considered the full range of energy, landscape, environmental and related policy.
